Description

You will develop and maintain large-scale Java applications in Charlotte, NC.

You will own the release pipeline and resolve complex engineering challenges by applying deep understanding of functional requirements and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain large-scale Java applications.
• Consult on complex software engineering initiatives with broad impact.
• Analyze multi-faceted engineering challenges requiring evaluation of intangible factors.
• Resolve complex situations by applying deep understanding of functional requirements, policies, and compliance.
• Collaborate directly with client personnel on strategic technical decisions.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of software engineering experience.
• Expertise in Java application development.
• Proficiency with Spring Framework, specifically Spring Boot and Spring Batch.
• Experience building Microservices.
• Hands-on experience with Pivotal Cloud Foundry (PCF) or Azure.
• Experience with Tomcat app servers or similar middleware.

Preferred Skills

• Prior experience in the banking or financial services industry.
• UI development experience using Angular.
