Description

You will architect, design, and build streaming solutions for risk-based distributed computing systems.

Responsibilities

• Architect and design scalable, resilient hybrid cloud-based distributed computing solutions.
• Build large-scale microservices-based streaming applications.
• Create technical prototypes to validate new architectural approaches.
• Establish software development standards and best practices across the project.
• Support the transformation of enterprise systems into data-driven architectures.

Required Skills

• 8-10+ years of technical experience building data-centric software solutions.
• Advanced Java 8+ proficiency, including Multithreading, Collections, Streams API, and functional programming.
• Minimum one year of experience developing cloud-native streaming applications using Kafka, Kafka Streams, and Spring Framework.
• Hands-on experience with distributed computing frameworks such as AWS EMR, Hadoop, HDFS, S3, MapReduce, Apache Spark, Apache Hive, Kafka Streams, or Apache Flink.
• Experience with distributed message brokers like Kafka, RabbitMQ, ActiveMQ, or Amazon Kinesis.
• Practical knowledge of AWS foundational services including VPC, Security Groups, EC2, RDS, S3 ACLs, KMS, AWS CLI, and IAM.
• Experience working with Big Data architectures and BI solutions.
• Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and technical research skills.

Preferred Skills

• Intermediate knowledge of DevOps tools including Terraform, Ansible, Jenkins, Maven/Gradle, and Nexus/Artifactory.
• Experience managing CI/CD pipelines.
