Lead complex application development and technical problem resolution with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Drive application development focused on delivering business value.
• Identify and resolve complex technical problems, including off-shift and weekend support.
• Mentor software engineers by providing technical assistance and direction.
• Establish high software quality standards through good development practices.
• Manage infrastructure components used by multiple applications or systems.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional software development experience.
• Strong proficiency in Java.
• Experience working independently on complex systems.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.

• Experience with AWS cloud environments.
