Description

You lead technical implementation for consumer loan origination systems, owning the full development lifecycle from scope estimation to production support.

Responsibilities

• Produce technical designs that align with the architectural roadmap and break down functionality into testable deliverables.
• Diagnose root causes for complex issues involving performance, availability, integrations, databases, and middleware.
• Own end-to-end delivery of new module builds, including detailed design, unit testing, and deployment.
• Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and guidance to developers, testers, and stakeholders.
• Maintain evergreen system documentation, including design content, developer guidelines, and troubleshooting guides.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on development experience with Java/J2EE (Java 8+).
• Proficiency in Spring Boot, REST, JSON, and Microservices architecture.
• Experience with incoming/outgoing file processing and designing modules and interfaces.
• Strong understanding of Design Patterns and microservice terminology.
• Experience using GIT, Maven, and Jenkins.
• Knowledge of SOAP XML.
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent (Any Graduate).
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in an Agile environment.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, or other container orchestration technology.
• Hands-on experience writing SQL queries.
• Experience using monitoring and alerting tools like Dynatrace, Zenoss, or Splunk.
