You will serve as a technical lead to bridge talent gaps in backend architecture and streaming technologies.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Rebuild service architecture to improve system scalability.
• Perform performance tuning on backend services and database connections.
• Develop and maintain backend services using Java and Kafka.
• Support multiple projects through technical implementation and architecture design.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a Senior Java Developer.
• Expertise in Core Java.
• Hands-on experience with Kafka.
• Proficiency with MongoDB.
• Experience with React for frontend integration.
• Knowledge of OpenShift environments.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in the banking or financial services industry.
• Familiarity with enterprise payments and ISO 20022 compliance.
• Experience with Delphix.
