You will build and manage technical teams delivering business-critical applications using Google SRE principles and cloud-native practices.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement highly maintainable, well-documented Core Java and JEE applications with REST APIs and microservices.
• Manage containerized infrastructure using Docker and Kubernetes, ensuring observability through APM frameworks.
• Drive metrics-driven development with emphasis on 12-Factor cloud-native apps, CI/CD, and Git source control.
• Lead teams through Agile/SCRUM/SAFe methodologies, demonstrating effective cross-functional teamwork.

Required Skills

• 5+ years experience in Core Java, JEE, Spring Boot, and Concurrency.
• Strong knowledge of Microservices, REST APIs, and GraphQL.
• Proficiency with AWS (including Lambda) and/or GCP.
• Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Working knowledge of OAuth2, OIDC, and JWT integration.
• Familiarity with C4 software architecture models or DFDs.
• Experience with APM frameworks and 12-Factor cloud-native principles.

Preferred Skills

• Previous experience as a Google SRE.
• Hands-on experience with refactoring and complex enterprise cloud environments.
