You will design, develop, and maintain scalable Java applications and full-stack web solutions in a hybrid environment in NYC.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop scalable Java applications and microservices using Spring Boot.
• Build and manage REST APIs and event-driven architectures using Kafka and MQ.
• Develop responsive web applications and reusable UI components using Angular.
• Deploy containerized applications using Docker within cloud-native environments.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless API integration and technical feasibility of UI/UX designs.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of professional experience.
• 7+ years of hands-on experience with Java 17+ and advanced Java concepts.
• 7+ years of frontend development experience focusing on Angular 19+ and TypeScript.
• Proficiency in Spring Boot 3.3.5 for building REST APIs and microservices.
• Hands-on experience with Docker and containerization.
• Expertise in Kafka and MQ for real-time messaging and event-driven systems.
• Experience with state management libraries like NgRx or RxJS.
• Strong understanding of relational and NoSQL databases.
• Proficiency with Git and Agile methodologies.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Kubernetes, Jasmine, and Karma.
