Description

You will design, develop, and maintain scalable software solutions using Java 11+ and Spring Boot. You own the full development lifecycle from design to production support.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement architectural patterns and new features independently.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex production issues to ensure high availability.
• Optimize application performance and implement industry best practices.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of professional software development experience.
• Expertise in Java 11 and above.
• Hands-on experience with Spring Boot.
• Proficiency in SQL and NoSQL databases including MongoDB and Cassandra.
• Working knowledge of AWS cloud technologies.
• Experience using Splunk for monitoring and troubleshooting.
• Degree in any field (Any Graduate).

Preferred Skills

• Prior experience in production support roles.
• Background working within the Banking or Insurance domains.
