Lead the development and delivery of high-quality Java applications, focusing on scalable solutions and technical mentorship.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable Java solutions that meet business requirements.
• Develop and maintain Java-based applications and systems.
• Translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner.
• Mentor and lead other Java developers.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of professional experience in Java development.
• 7+ years of hands-on experience developing Java-based applications.
• Proficiency in Java, Python, and Kafka.
• Experience with Mainframe technologies including JCL, File-aid, and Rexx.
• Strong understanding of software development methodologies (Agile, Scrum).
• Familiarity with microservices architecture and cloud computing.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor teams.

Preferred Skills

• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues.
• Background in analyzing complex business requirements.
