Description

Design, program, and document IT solutions while serving as a technical resource for the development team. This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead development efforts and oversee work results across the full systems development life cycle.
• Implement IT controls to ensure the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of applications and data.
• Execute unit testing, release procedures, and maintenance for planned and unplanned internal applications.
• Manage change management processes and enforce coding design protocols.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in software development.
• Proficiency in Java and at least one other object-oriented language (JavaScript, Python, C#, C++, or PHP).
• Strong background with PostgreSQL, MySQL, and MongoDB.
• Experience with SQL and Oracle DB.
• Hands-on experience with SOAP and REST web service development.
• Proficiency with HTML and frameworks including React.js, Node.js, and Express.
• Experience using versioning tools like GIT, SVN, or Mercurial.
• Competency with debugging tools and data formats including XML and JSON.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with additional object-oriented languages beyond the primary stack.
• Advanced knowledge of system design and documentation standards.
