Description

You will lead the development of scalable microservices and customer-facing applications within an Agile environment.

Responsibilities

• Build microservice applications using Java Spring Boot and RESTful architectures.
• Collaborate with Solution Architects to define API schemas and integrate UI components with back-end systems.
• Lead a development team by performing code reviews, setting standards, and mentoring engineers.
• Translate business requirements into high and low-level technical designs.
• Write automated unit tests, perform API validations, and troubleshoot performance issues.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of software development experience.
• Strong programming experience in Java, Spring Boot, and RESTful Microservices.
• Experience with concurrency frameworks such as Mono or Flux.
• Relational database expertise in Oracle, MS SQL, or Postgres.
• Proficiency with automated testing tools like JUnit.
• Hands-on experience with Jira, GitLab, Swagger, Postman, and Soap UI.
• Deep understanding of Data Structures, Design Patterns, and asynchronous programming.
• Experience with logging frameworks and monitoring tools like Kibana, ELK, or Dynatrace.
• Strong communication skills for interacting with business and technology leadership.

Preferred Skills

• Background in the Financial Domain.
• Experience with Kafka, Docker, SonarQube, or oAuth.
• Knowledge of ORM frameworks like Hibernate or Entity.
