Description

Lead the design and development of business-critical applications in a cloud-native environment. Own the full software engineering lifecycle, from architecture to release, while mentoring a technical team.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement high-performance, maintainable microservices using Core Java, JEE, and Spring Boot.
• Build and manage CI/CD pipelines, ensuring robust integration with AWS Lambda and containerized infrastructure.
• Drive observability and metrics-driven development, utilizing APM frameworks and 12-Factor cloud-native principles.
• Architect scalable solutions using C4 models and DFDs, applying solid design patterns and refactoring practices.
• Lead a team of technical individuals, fostering effective collaboration across functional groups and Agile/SAFe teams.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Core Java, JEE, and Concurrency.
• Strong proficiency in Spring Boot Framework and microservices architecture.
• Experience with Google SRE practices and cloud infrastructure (AWS or GCP).
• Proficiency with Docker, Kubernetes, and containerization technologies.
• Solid understanding of REST APIs, GraphQL, and OAuth2/OIDC/JWT integration.
• Working knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases, plus Git source control.
• Experience with AWS Lambda and CI/CD tools.

Preferred Skills

• GraphQL implementation experience.
• Familiarity with Agile, SCRUM, and SAFe methodologies.
