Description

You will design and develop Java EE applications within an Agile environment, owning the full development lifecycle from object-oriented analysis to deployment.

Responsibilities

• Design and build scalable applications using Java EE and object-oriented principles.
• Implement REST web services and apply common design patterns.
• Manage data persistence using SQL and ORM technologies like Hibernate.
• Operate and script within Unix/Linux environments.
• Collaborate with remote teams to deliver software according to customer commitments.

Required Skills

• 9+ years of hands-on software development experience.
• Extensive experience in Mortgage, Banking, or Insurance domains.
• Strong proficiency in Java and Spring Framework.
• Deep knowledge of Relational Databases (Postgres) and SQL.
• Hands-on experience with Hibernate ORM and REST Web Services.
• Experience with Test-Driven Development (TDD).
• Proficiency in Unix/Linux environments and scripting languages.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science.

Preferred Skills

• Exposure to MQ / AMQ messaging systems.
• Experience with Spring Boot and Typescript.
