You will lead the development and delivery of high-quality Java software solutions for a large enterprise.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of Java developers.
• Design and implement scalable Java solutions based on business requirements.
• Develop, test, and deploy Java-based applications and systems.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across the application stack.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Java development.
• Proven experience leading a team of Java developers.
• Strong understanding of software development methodologies, specifically Agile and Scrum.
• Familiarity with microservices architecture and cloud computing.
• Experience developing Java-based applications for a large enterprise.
• Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Advanced certifications in Java development (e.g. Oracle Certified Professional, Java SE 11 Developer).
