Description

You will design and develop low-latency trading systems and high-frequency trading platforms.

Responsibilities

• Develop low-latency trading systems using hardware acceleration techniques.
• Implement GC-free programming including object reuse, memory management, and lock-free data structures.
• Optimize data access through cache coherence protocols and cache optimization techniques.
• Manage CPU affinity, thread management, and multi-core optimization for high-performance computing.
• Conduct performance testing and bottleneck analysis using profiling tools like VisualVM, JProfiler, or YourKit.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of experience in low-latency or high-frequency trading system development.
• Expertise in low-latency Java libraries such as Chronicle.
• Proficiency with specialized Java collections including Eclipse Collections and JCtools.
• Deep understanding of low-latency messaging protocols including UDP, TCP/IP, and multicast.
• Familiarity with hardware acceleration, Verilog, VHDL, and hardware-software co-design.
• Knowledge of algorithmic trading strategies, order types, and market microstructure.
• Experience with Java, AWS, Node.js, Angular, and React.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science.
