Description

You will lead the design, development, and release of business-critical Java applications while mentoring a technical team.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Architect and build scalable microservices using Spring Boot, Core Java, JEE, REST APIs, and GraphQL.
• Lead a team of engineers through Agile/SCRUM/SAFe lifecycles, driving code quality, design patterns, and refactoring.
• Implement CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and observability metrics in AWS or GCP environments.
• Integrate security protocols (OAuth2, OIDC, JWT) and manage SQL/NoSQL databases for high-performance systems.
• Drive manual QA enrichment using GenAI tools (Claude) to generate test cases, expand edge scenarios, and refine workflows via RAG.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of hands-on experience with Core Java, JEE, and object-oriented/functional programming.
• Deep expertise in Spring Boot, microservices architecture, and RESTful API design.
• Proficiency with Git, SQL, NoSQL, and APM frameworks.
• Strong knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, and 12-Factor cloud-native app principles.
• Experience with AWS and/or GCP cloud infrastructure.
• Familiarity with C4 models, DFDs, and software engineering best practices.
• Proven ability to lead teams and communicate effectively across functional groups.

Preferred Skills

• Hands-on experience with GenAI for test generation, RAG concepts, and Agentic AI frameworks.
• GraphQl implementation experience.
