You will build and maintain scalable server-side technologies to deliver digital content.

Responsibilities

• Develop scalable server-side applications using Java and distributed systems.
• Partner with Product, Operations, Design, and Editorial teams to implement content features.
• Influence the product roadmap by providing technical and strategic perspectives.
• Collaborate with other developers to shape the technical direction of the platform.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Strong proficiency in Java.
• Experience working with GraphQL.
• Hands-on experience with Kafka.
• Experience with MongoDB.
• Experience with Oracle databases.
• Experience with MySQL.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
