Description

You will own trade lifecycle processing for the Trade Completion Team, handling post-trade enrichments, validations, and settlement calculations for fixed income instruments.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Java 8+ microservices using Spring Boot to process high-volume trade data.
• Design system components for transactional database operations and message queue integration.
• Implement multithreading and concurrency patterns to ensure efficient data processing.
• Perform system design tasks and lead technical discussions in a global collaborative environment.
• Manage Unix/Linux environments, including file creation and system access controls.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of hands-on Java development experience.
• Strong proficiency with Spring Boot framework.
• Experience with Message Queues (MQs) for asynchronous communication.
• Deep understanding of transactional databases and SQL.
• Solid knowledge of system design principles and multithreading programming.
• Proficient in Unix/Linux shell scripting and system administration.
• Experience in financial trade lifecycle processing is preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Previous experience in the banking or financial services sector.
