Description

Design and develop technical solutions using Java and microservices architecture to meet business requirements.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop technical solutions and alternatives throughout the full systems development life cycle.
• Lead system development and maintenance activities to meet service level agreements.
• Manage production incident problem management, root cause identification, and remediation.
• Develop CI/CD pipelines using Git, Jenkins, and Artifactory.
• Mentor team members and conduct code, design, and security reviews.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in software engineering and backend Java development.
• Strong proficiency in Java and Spring Boot.
• Experience building Microservices and RESTful APIs.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle or Postgres databases, including tables, views, and stored procedures.
• Proficiency with Git and Jenkins for CI/CD.
• Experience with automated unit testing using JUnit.
• Strong understanding of SQL and Spring MVC.
• Ability to work within an event-driven architecture.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with React.
• Experience with Kafka.
