Description

You will lead technical execution and ensure production stability for microservices-based applications.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Guide the team technically and perform code reviews to maintain quality standards.
• Manage project planning, scheduling, and resource coordination to meet strict deadlines.
• Coordinate with DevOps and Deployment teams to manage releases, including soft launches and hot fixes.
• Mitigate project risks and handle multiple parallel project executions.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of hands-on experience with Java 8.
• Extensive experience with Spring Boot and Hibernate.
• 2 to 4 years of experience in microservices-based architecture.
• Proven experience working with Cloud platforms.
• Strong understanding of CI/CD and Agile methodologies.
• Deep knowledge of software design patterns.
• Experience managing production implementation and hypercare support.

Preferred Skills

• Ability to produce technical documentation for design, development, and testing phases.
• Any Graduate degree.
