Description

You will design, develop, and maintain high-performance backend applications and scalable services.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and build backend services using Java (Spring Boot/Microservices) and Python.
• Develop and integrate RESTful APIs with third-party services.
• Write scalable code and create automation scripts to support engineering workflows.
• Implement unit testing and participate in code reviews across engineering teams.
• Manage data persistence using relational (MySQL, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB) databases.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of professional software development experience.
• Strong proficiency in Java (8, 11, or 17) and OOP concepts.
• Expertise with Spring Boot, Spring MVC, and Hibernate/JPA.
• Proficiency in Python for scripting and development.
• Proven experience designing and consuming RESTful APIs.
• Strong understanding of database design principles and SQL.
• Experience with Git version control.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with React or Angular frontend frameworks.
• Familiarity with Docker containerization.
• Knowledge of Kafka message streaming.
