Description

Design and maintain enterprise-grade backend systems using Java 17+ and Spring Boot microservices.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Build scalable microservices and event-driven applications using Apache Kafka.
• Implement reactive programming principles with Project Reactor and Spring WebFlux.
• Model and optimize data using MongoDB.
• Create and consume RESTful APIs and asynchronous messaging services.
• Troubleshoot production issues, optimize performance, and mentor junior developers.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on Java development experience.
• Strong expertise in Java 17+ and Spring Boot.
• Proven experience designing microservices architectures.
• Hands-on experience with Apache Kafka.
• Strong knowledge of MongoDB for data modeling and querying.
• Experience with reactive frameworks (Spring WebFlux or Project Reactor).
• Proficiency with JUnit, Mockito, and clean architecture principles.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
