Description

Drive the development of complex, critical applications by designing, testing, and deploying scalable microservices.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable REST APIs and microservices-based solutions.
• Optimize system performance and ensure API security.
• Develop and maintain unit and integration tests.
• Implement event-driven architectures using Kafka.
• Manage CI/CD pipelines and containerized deployments.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of application development experience.
• Strong Java Core skills, including concurrent and distributed systems.
• Proficiency with Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, and Hibernate/JPA.
• Experience building microservices and designing REST APIs.
• Knowledge of AWS services (EC2, ECS, S3, Lambda) and Docker/containers.
• Familiarity with OpenAPI/Swagger, caching strategies, and OAuth2.
• Experience with Git, Agile methodologies, and Test-driven development.

Preferred Skills

• Domain knowledge in Financial Industry or Capital Markets.
• Experience with Python.
