Description

You will own the end-to-end delivery of high-quality Java and Python solutions, ensuring alignment with architectural standards and timely release.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Drive development efforts from design through deployment, collaborating with product managers and architects to resolve risks and issues.
• Participate in agile ceremonies, design and code reviews, and target 3-5 meaningful commits per day.
• Present technical solutions in business terms and communicate status, issues, and risks precisely.
• Partner with product teams on implementation strategies and ensure compliance with development standards.
• Leverage AI coding assistants and LLM frameworks to enhance development efficiency and solution capabilities.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience with Java, Spring Boot, and Spring MVC.
• Proficiency in Python for development tasks.
• Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes for containerization.
• Strong understanding of microservices architecture and RESTful API design.
• Experience with SQL (Postgres, MySQL, MS SQL) and NoSQL databases.
• Proficiency with Apache Kafka or similar messaging systems.
• Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).
• Experience using JIRA and Git for software development.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of caching mechanisms (Redis, Memcached, Hazelcast).
• Understanding of Large Language Models, MCP, and AI agent frameworks (LangChain, LangGraph).
• Experience designing enterprise-grade applications.
