Description

You will design, develop, and maintain product features for security software, ensuring high performance, correctness, and enterprise-scale reliability.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to ongoing releases through design and development of product features and maintenance.
• Collaborate with other developers to deliver code and provide unit tests for Quality Assurance hand-off.
• Design code with special attention to performance, security, and enterprise-level scale.
• Write clear functional specifications and design documents, engaging with customers on technical discussions.
• Craft effective prompts for LLMs, fact-check, refine, and validate AI-generated content to improve productivity.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of development experience in the Java ecosystem.
• Strong J2EE knowledge and solid Java programming skills.
• Experience with object-oriented design methodology and design patterns.
• Experience working in the domain of security software.
• Knowledge of Spring and Hibernate.
• Hands-on experience with AI assistants and LLMs.
• Understanding of AI hallucinations, biases, and limitations.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Ability to learn and apply new technologies to scale the product.
