Lead software development and architectural design for scalable Java-based systems.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Drive application development and provide technical leadership through architectural best practices.
• Own component design, construction, and unit testing for assigned modules.
• Establish rules and best practices to optimize application performance and industry standard adherence.
• Drive DevOps implementation for continuous integration, automated testing, and deployment.
• Conduct code reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards, best practices, and security guidelines.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of technical experience with a strong analytical background.
• 5+ years of experience as a Lead Developer or in a similar leadership role.
• 7+ years of experience as a Java full-stack web developer.
• Extensive experience with Java, SOA, Microservices, REST/SOAP Web Services, JSON/XML, and Docker.
• 7+ years of experience building high-volume, scalable, multi-tiered systems.
• 7+ years of experience using relational databases and writing SQL queries.
• 5+ years of experience with Service-Oriented Applications and Architectures (SOA).
• 5+ years of experience developing and deploying microservices on AWS platforms.
• Certified AWS Solutions Architect.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Node.JS, JavaScript, Angular, React, Knockout, or Backbone.
• Experience with GitHub pipelines.
