You will drive the development and operation of backend services, converting business problems into technical solutions.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead change and mentor junior developers.
• Perform Level 3 production support.
• Own performance optimizations and JVM profiling.
• Build and consume REST APIs.
• Implement DevOps practices and CI/CD tooling.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in Core Backend Software Development.
• Extensive hands-on experience with Core Java, Data Structures, and Algorithms.
• Proficiency with Docker, Kubernetes, and Microservices architecture.
• Hands-on experience with DevOps practices and CI/CD tooling (e.g., Jenkins/GitLab).
• Experience with messaging systems like Apache Kafka.
• Working knowledge of relational databases (Oracle, PostgreSQL, SQL Server).
• Strong problem-solving ability and ability to work against tight objectives.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working with highly distributed and data-intensive systems.
• Familiarity with Spring Boot and Redis.
