Description

You will lead Java development, migration, and CI/CD pipeline optimization for enterprise batch processing systems.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Java applications using Java 17 and 21.
• Build and optimize Spring Batch jobs to support 40 existing and 25 migrating workloads.
• Migrate .Net/SSIS and Shell Script batch jobs to Spring Batch.
• Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions.
• Support the transition from Bitbucket to GitHub Actions.

Required Skills

• 9+ years of Java development experience.
• Strong proficiency with Java 17 and Java 21.
• Extensive experience with Spring Boot and Spring Batch.
• Hands-on experience with GitHub Actions for CI/CD.
• Proven track record of migrating legacy batch jobs (SSIS, Shell) to Java.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with .Net and SSIS migration projects.
