Build and guide backend services as a technical lead.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Build Java Micro Services using Java 8+ and Spring Boot.
• Lead the team by providing design and technical guidance.
• Identify problems and propose creative technical solutions.
• Manage backend development, including relational and NoSQL data systems.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of Java/J2EE and Spring Boot development experience.
• 2+ years of experience acting as a Technical Lead.
• Proficiency with Spring, Spring Boot, Java, J2EE, and Rest API.
• Experience with relational databases (Oracle, JPA, Hibernate) and NoSQL (Mongo).
• Proficiency in Object Oriented programming and design patterns.
• Experience with distributed version control (GIT, GitHub).
• Understanding of Java concepts (Collections, Threads) and coding standards.
• Familiarity with cloud environments (AWS).
