Description

Build and own advanced solutions for distributed web applications, including low-latency service APIs and data aggregation pipelines.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver multi-tier, distributed web applications using enterprise Java.
• Design and implement scalable, maintainable software solutions with a focus on performance.
• Build and consume RESTful services and APIs, ensuring efficient data exchange via XML and JSON.
• Implement Test Driven Development (TDD) and Continuous Integration practices to ensure code quality.
• Troubleshoot application performance issues and optimize using caching and TCP/IP knowledge.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of enterprise Java development experience.
• Strong command of Java 8+, J2EE, Spring Framework, Spring Data, and Spring Boot.
• Hands-on experience with JPA, Hibernate, and relational databases like Oracle.
• Proficiency in building RESTful services, Web Services, and handling HTTP/SSL protocols.
• Solid understanding of Computer Science fundamentals, data structures, and algorithms.
• Experience with AWS and application performance tuning.
• Practical knowledge of caching solutions and TCP/IP networking.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with NoSQL stores and data aggregation pipelines.
• Experience with JUnit and TestNG for unit testing.
