Lead development efforts and application architecture while contributing deeply to code quality and team standards.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with development teams to modify existing software and align it with leadership goals for architectural improvement.
• Lead software programming and documentation development, providing clear guidelines for the team.
• Design, construct, and unit test assigned components and modules.
• Establish rules and best practices for applications to optimize performance and meet industry standards.
• Drive DevOps implementation for continuous integration, automated testing, and deployment, streamlining workflows.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of hands-on technical ability and analytical experience.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Lead Developer or similar role.
• Extensive experience with Java, SOA, Microservices, and REST/SOAP Web Services.
• Proficiency with JSON/XML and containers (Docker).
• Experience with Node.js, JavaScript, and Angular/React.
• Knowledge of AWS and GitHub pipelines.
• Proven ability to implement and monitor internal performance monitoring.
• B.S. Computer Science or related field.
