Description

You will build, manage, and mentor teams for complex, business-critical Java applications in enterprise cloud environments.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Write well-documented, maintainable code for high-performance applications.
• Design and implement microservices using Java and REST APIs.
• Own the full lifecycle of services in complex enterprise cloud environments.
• Lead and mentor a technical team through development cycles.
• Integrate security standards including OAuth2, OIDC, and JWT.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of software development experience.
• Expertise in Core Java, Java Microservices, and Spring Boot Framework.
• Solid understanding of software engineering principles, design patterns, and refactoring.
• Proficiency with Git source control management.
• Experience with containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.
• Working knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Familiarity with CI/CD practices and 12-Factor cloud-native applications.
• Experience with cloud platforms, specifically AWS and/or GCP.
