Responsibilities

• Align technical implementation with business requirements through rapid technical analysis and estimation.
• Conduct code reviews to ensure alignment with application architecture and engineering best practices.
• Lead technical discussions regarding refactoring options and performance impact analysis.
• Coordinate with onsite and offshore stakeholders and testing teams to review release readiness.

Required Skills

• 14+ years of professional software development experience.
• Expertise in Java and Spring frameworks.
• Hands-on experience with Spring Boot and Microservices architecture.
• Proficiency with Groovy and Grails.
• Experience with JavaScript and jQuery.
• Database experience using MySQL and Snowflake.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate qualification.

Preferred Skills

• Understanding of DevOps practices.
• Knowledge of cloud-based computing techniques.
