Description

You will design and implement scalable technical solutions to support client migrations and transformations using Java-based technologies.

Responsibilities

• Develop flexible technical solutions for large-scale client transformations.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance regarding software design and architectural reviews.
• Lead project teams by providing direction and technical mentorship.
• Recommend new software tools and frameworks to improve solution scalability.
• Engage with client leadership teams through technical discussions and presentations.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience with Java (version 4 or later), J2EE, and Web Services.
• 8+ years of experience using Tomcat or WebLogic.
• 8+ years of proficiency in SQL and complex query development.
• 8+ years of experience with JavaScript toolkits, such as Dojo.
• 5+ years of front-end UI development using Angular, Ajax, JSP, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• 5+ years of experience with Spring Boot, Spring MVC, or Java Application servers.
• 5+ years of experience with databases including DB2 and stored procedure development.
• 3+ years of experience with UNIX (AIX preferred) and Shell scripting.

Preferred Skills

• Life Insurance domain knowledge.
• Big Data ecosystem knowledge.
