Description

You will design, develop, and maintain Java/JEE components for long-term contract projects, owning the full lifecycle from coding to production support.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop Java/JEE components using Spring Boot and JAX-RS.
• Implement components within Red Hat OpenShift environments.
• Perform unit testing and development-level integration testing.
• Maintain Java components based on IBM testing, customer feedback, and production issues.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of Java/JEE development experience.
• Proficiency with Spring Boot, Spring REST, and JAX-RS.
• Hands-on experience with Red Hat OpenShift.
• Experience developing automated unit tests with JUnit.
• Experience using Rational Software Architect, Eclipse, or JBoss Studio.
• Experience with IBM EWM, Rational ClearQuest, and Rational Team Concert.
• Must have an active IRS MBI.
• Experience with AWS and Angular.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
