Description

Job Responsibilities include:

Design, develop, and deploy enterprise Java applications using Core Java, Spring, Hibernate, Web Services, and Oracle technologies.

Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle, including requirements analysis, design, development, testing, and deployment.

Troubleshoot production issues, perform root cause analysis (RCA), and implement defect fixes to ensure application stability.

Develop scalable solutions to mitigate risks, improve system performance, and minimize production impact.

Collaborate with cross-functional and offshore teams to gather requirements, resolve technical issues, and deliver business solutions.

Maintain code quality through best practices, code reviews, testing, and continuous application enhancements.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.

6–8 years of experience in Java application development and enterprise software solutions.

Strong hands-on experience with Core Java, Spring, Hibernate, EJB, Web Services, and Oracle database technologies.

Proven expertise in full SDLC delivery, production support, root cause analysis (RCA), defect resolution, and collaborating with global/offshore development teams
