Description

Develop and support enterprise web services and applications within a Linux environment.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain web services and enterprise applications using Java and JBOSS.
• Implement business logic using Drools or Red Hat BRMS.
• Apply BDD/TDD practices and JUnit for testing and development.
• Manage software deployment to production environments using AWS.
• Resolve technical issues logged by live system users and lead small projects independently.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in Java, focusing on core Java and Web Services.
• 5+ years of experience with Drools, Red Hat BRMS, or similar rules engines.
• 5+ years of experience using Git and Maven.
• Hands-on experience with JBOSS Application Server.
• Proficiency with AWS, SQL, and Linux environments.
• Experience with VS Code and Agile methodologies.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with JBPM or other process automation engines.
