Description

Lead the design, development, and maintenance of Java-based enterprise applications for financial and banking functions.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Architect and deliver API-driven, cloud-native solutions focusing on resilience, performance, and scalability.
• Serve as a technical lead, setting engineering standards and conducting code reviews.
• Develop clean, reusable, and testable code using CI/CD pipelines and TDD.
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues and optimize system architecture proactively.
• Partner with stakeholders to translate operational requirements into effective technology solutions.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of software development experience with Java, Spring Boot, and RESTful Services.
• 3+ years in a technical leadership or senior role.
• Proven expertise supporting applications in banking, wealth management, or insurance.
• Hands-on experience with Azure, Kubernetes, and Azure DevOps.
• Strong understanding of domain-driven design, microservices, and enterprise integration patterns.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, automation frameworks, and TDD.
• In-depth knowledge of application security within financial systems.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps delivery models.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Experience with MuleSoft.
