Description

You will build and maintain cloud-native microservices using Java and Spring Boot.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop Spring Boot applications and cloud-native microservices using Event Driven Architecture.
• Decompose monolithic architectures into microservices and implement Domain Driven Design principles.
• Manage non-functional requirements including monitoring via APM tools, logging with Splunk, and distributed tracing.
• Create automated functional testing using BDD technologies.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of Java development experience.
• 5+ years of Spring Boot application development.
• 5+ years of Java unit test case development.
• 2+ years of cloud-native application development with AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Experience with Tanzu Application Service (TAS).
• Experience with Kafka or related data streaming technologies.
• Experience with Oracle, MongoDB, or related NoSQL databases.
• Experience with Angular or related UI frameworks.
• Experience with Tomcat application servers.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with BDD for automated functional testing.
