Description

You will own the development and maintenance of cloud-native applications using Java.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain Java-based cloud-native applications.
• Build and deploy microservices utilizing Spring Boot and Spring Cloud.
• Containerize applications with Docker and deploy them on OpenShift.
• Implement RESTful APIs and integrate with external services.
• Participate in CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of professional experience in Java (version 8 or above).
• Hands-on experience with Spring Boot and microservices architecture.
• Practical experience working with OpenShift and Kubernetes concepts (pods, services, config maps, secrets).
• Experience with Docker and containerization practices.
• Knowledge of REST APIs, JSON, and HTTP protocols.
• Experience with Git and CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, etc.).
• Understanding of cloud-native principles (12-factor apps).
• Experience with relational and/or NoSQL databases.
