Description

You will design, develop, and maintain cloud-native Java applications, focusing on microservices and containerized deployments.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Design and build microservices using Spring Boot and Spring Cloud.
• Containerize applications with Docker and deploy them on OpenShift.
• Implement RESTful APIs and integrate with external services.
• Participate in CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
• Maintain cloud-native applications adhering to 12-factor app principles.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of professional experience in Java (version 8 or above).
• Hands-on experience with Spring Boot and microservices architecture.
• Practical experience with OpenShift and Kubernetes concepts (pods, services, config maps, secrets).
• Experience with Docker and containerization practices.
• Knowledge of REST APIs, JSON, and HTTP protocols.
• Experience with Git and CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, etc.).
• Understanding of cloud-native principles.
• Experience with relational and/or NoSQL databases.
