Description

You will develop and maintain Java-based applications focused on POS systems and payment processing.

Responsibilities

• Develop backend services using Java SE/EE and the Spring Framework.
• Implement and manage data persistence using Hibernate and SQL relational databases.
• Build and integrate RESTful web services for POS workflows.
• Maintain code integrity and manage version control using Git.
• Collaborate with teams to solve complex technical problems and deliver functional software.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional Java development experience.
• Direct experience working with POS systems and payment processing workflows.
• Proficiency in Java SE/EE and the Spring Framework.
• Experience with Hibernate and ORM technologies.
• Strong knowledge of relational databases and SQL.
• Experience building RESTful web services.
• Proficiency with Git version control.

Preferred Skills

• Front-end experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Angular, or React.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud), microservices, Docker, or Kubernetes.
• Knowledge of security standards and best practices specific to POS systems.
