Description

You will design, develop, and support scalable technical solutions using Java and Spark within Agile teams.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Develop cloud-based solutions to drive financial empowerment experiences.
• Collaborate with product managers to deliver scalable technical architectures.
• Mentor engineering team members and share knowledge.
• Experiment with new technologies to maintain technical relevance.
• Support and maintain existing technical implementations.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of professional software development experience.
• Expert proficiency in Java.
• Hands-on experience with Apache Spark.
• Experience with AWS Glue.
• Proficiency in at least one of: Python, SQL, Node, Go, or Scala.
• Experience with Open Source RDBMS and NoSQL databases.
• Familiarity with Docker and Kubernetes container orchestration.
• Working knowledge of various AWS tools and services.

Preferred Skills

• Experience mentoring other engineers.
• Background in financial technology solutions.
