Description

Act as both developer and system analyst, bridging technical implementation and requirement gathering.

Responsibilities

• Write and maintain high-quality Java code and technical specifications.
• Perform requirements gathering and analysis directly with customers.
• Design and implement Java MVC frameworks, ORM tools, and web services.
• Create detailed technical documentation, business process models, and UML diagrams.
• Diagnose and resolve complex technical problems within web-based and client-server architectures.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in software development.
• Strong proficiency in Java, J2EE, WebSphere, and WebSphere Liberty.
• Experience with ASP.NET and .NET 6.0 or later.
• Hands-on expertise with Hibernate, Struts MVC, EJB, and Spring Boot.
• Proficiency in SQL, stored procedures, and Microsoft SQL Server (2016+).
• Experience with Microservices, Cloud-based deployment, OpenShift, Docker, and Kubernetes.
• Competency in Git, Maven, Azure DevOps, and Jenkins.
• Knowledge of security frameworks including JWT and OAuth.
• Ability to use Swagger for API documentation.
• Experience with testing tools such as JUnit, Selenium, and Cucumber.
• Familiarity with Corticon Rules Engine and Content Management (e.g., FileNet).
• Skill in process modeling using Visio, Rational Rose, or UML.
• Flexibility to work with Angular, React, and JavaScript.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Batch Framework and process automation.
• Knowledge of Gov Cloud environments.
