You will design and build scalable business-critical software solutions while driving engineering standards and CI/CD improvements.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Design long-term IT strategy and translate concepts into detailed software engineering plans.
• Develop core software independently or collaboratively, ensuring stability and scalability.
• Define engineering standards, templates, and frameworks to improve build and deployment processes.
• Expand CI/CD pipeline usage and promote best practices across the team.
• Provide technical guidance to junior engineers and solve complex system issues.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience in engineering environments.
• Proficiency in Java.
• Experience with CI/CD pipeline implementation.
• Familiarity with Python and JavaScript.
• Solid understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) practices.
• Knowledge of version control and revision procedures.
• Systems design concepts with a focus on security.

Preferred Skills

• Ability to work independently on strategic initiatives.
• Experience defining engineering standards and frameworks.
