Description

You will design, develop, and maintain scalable backend systems and data pipelines using Java and the Spring framework.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement RESTful services and APIs.
• Develop and maintain scalable data pipelines using Kafka.
• Write automated tests to ensure code quality and reliability.
• Manage source control using Git and Git flow branching models.
• Deploy and maintain services using Docker and Kubernetes.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of software engineering experience.
• Proficiency with Spring and Spring Boot frameworks.
• Strong experience with RESTful service design and APIs.
• Proficiency with SQL and relational databases.
• Experience with Kafka.
• Experience with Git source control and Git flow.
• Working knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes.
• Familiarity with modern DevOps practices.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with SOAP services.
• Knowledge of NoSQL databases such as Redis, HBase, or AeroSpike.
• Background in FinTech.
