Description

You will build and deliver microservices and APIs supporting customer data across mid-layer services for internal and external partners.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of the strategic roadmap by actively participating in all scrum ceremonies.
• Define project scope, specifications, and estimate resources needed for proposed solutions.
• Deliver well-designed, tested features, fixes, and enhancements across the full application lifecycle.
• Define and document best practices for application deployment and infrastructure maintenance.
• Troubleshoot and debug systems to optimize application performance.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of engineering experience.
• 6+ years in Java 17+ development, including functional programming concepts.
• 4+ years utilizing Spring Boot v3+.
• 3+ years with Docker and Kubernetes for scaling and deployment.
• 3+ years working with NoSQL and RDBMS databases (e.g., Cassandra, PostgreSQL, Elasticsearch).
• Proficiency in Python and experience with Spark/Databricks.
• Experience with functional and nonfunctional testing tools (e.g., JUnit, Gatling, JMeter).
• Experience with Azure, Git, ADO/Jenkins, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong understanding of HTTP/REST principles.
