Description

Lead the delivery of technical solutions and strategic roadmaps through the full application lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Define project scope, technical specifications, and resource estimates for proposed solutions.
• Own the full application development lifecycle, including testing, deployment, and infrastructure maintenance strategies.
• Troubleshoot and debug complex issues to optimize system performance.
• Propose new technologies and architectural improvements to support continuous system evolution.
• Lead the delivery of technical solutions and strategic roadmaps within scrum ceremonies.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of software engineering experience.
• 6+ years of Java (version 17 or newer), including functional programming.
• 4+ years of Spring Boot (v3 or newer).
• 3+ years of Docker and Kubernetes, including scaling and deployment fundamentals.
• 3+ years working with NoSQL and RDBMS, specifically Cassandra, PostgreSQL, and Elasticsearch.
• Experience with Python and Spark/Databricks.
• Proficiency in functional and non-functional testing using JBehave, Cucumber, Selenium, JUnit, Gatling, JMeter, or OWASP.
• Experience with Azure, Git, ADO/Jenkins, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Preferred Skills

• Streaming technologies including Kafka, Kinesis, or Event Hubs.
• Observability tools such as Datadog or New Relic.
• Experience with Apigee.
