Description

You will design and develop fully functional applications and architectures to support client operations, including application refactoring and migration.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and refactoring of applications using industry best practices.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements and present design prototypes.
• Create and maintain system design documents, engineering run books, and user guides.
• Manage code and CI/CD pipelines using Git and GitLab within an Agile methodology.
• Perform application testing, deployment, and post-production support.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of Java/J2EE development experience.
• 4+ years of experience with JavaScript frameworks including React, JS Promise, and jQuery.
• 4+ years of experience with Node.js.
• Extensive experience with RESTful Web services, XML, and JSON.
• Proficiency in front-end technologies: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Bootstrap, and AJAX.
• Hands-on experience with Spring Framework and Spring Boot.
• Experience with MySQL and Oracle databases, including SQL data manipulation.
• Experience deploying on Apache Tomcat and using containerization.
• Must be a US Citizen.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with SOAP web services.
• Knowledge of JPA for database integration.
