Description

Job Responsibilities include:

Lead end‑to‑end software design and development for full‑stack Java and Angular applications.

Perform code reviews, enforce coding standards, and guide teams on best practices and design patterns.

Collaborate with stakeholders, management, and clients to ensure high‑quality project delivery.

Identify technical risks, perform root cause analysis, and implement mitigation strategies.

Support CI/CD activities, Git repository management, and deployment planning.

Mentor team members, track team metrics in Jira, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.

10+ years of experience in full‑stack Java application development.

Strong hands‑on expertise in Java (JDK 8–21), Spring/Spring Boot, microservices, and RESTful web services.

Proven experience with Angular (8+), CI/CD tools, Agile methodologies, and leading code reviews in complex enterprise environments
